1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. By placing an order you accept them. The seller is Mobitrend Solutions, Shop No. 481G, Shipra Sun City, Naya Khand 3, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014, GSTIN 09AAVCM1934B1ZC.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe products as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer's published specification. Photographs are indicative; colour can vary with your screen. Where a manufacturer changes a specification mid-production without notice, the product you receive may differ slightly. Tell us if it does and we will treat it as a qualifying return.
3. Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The MRP shown struck through is the manufacturer's stated maximum retail price. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where the price shown was clearly wrong, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
5. Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery on eligible PIN codes. Payments are processed by a third-party gateway. We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines on this site are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See the shipping page.
7. Returns and warranty
Our returns policy and warranty policy form part of these terms. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape content at a rate that degrades the service, or to attempt to breach its security. We may refuse service to anyone doing so.
9. Intellectual property
The site design, text and layout belong to Mobitrend Solutions. Brand names, logos and product photographs remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.
10. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, lost profit or lost time. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded in law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
